By using our website and booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in these policies.

1. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule WITHIN 24 HOURS of your appointment and did not prepay your appointment, you will be charged a fee that equates to 50% of the service booked. If you fully prepaid, full prepaids are non-refundable and forfeited.

2. Prepaid Appointments

Effective April 24, 2024 If you prepay an appointment there will be no refunds. If you cancel a prepaid appointment with 24 hr notice, those funds will be added as credit for any future appointments. 

 

3. 10 Minute Policy

​

If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule to the first available barber. If you are more than 10 minutes late it is considered a no show, therefor forfeiting the prepaid appointment or resulting in a 50% charge of the service booked. 

 

4. Speed Passes

​

Effective April 24, 2024 If you use a Speed-pass for your appointment and you do not show to the appointment, a haircut will be deducted from your total amount left.
